3 session Trial with Evertrain Lifestyles (Value $247). Evertrain Lifestyles is a health and fitness business owned and operated by Andre St.Amour and Julie Leblanc. At Evertrain Lifestyles our focus is you and your results. With this 3 session trial you will receive all of the key components of a successful start to your fitness journey;

1. An initial goal setting meeting: To help you set realistic, measurable and attainable health and fitness goals.  
2. A functional movement assessment: To help uncover opportunities for improvement and prevent injury from the start.
3. A customized private training session: This involves mobility, stretching and warm up exercises. Followed by strength training exercises with a focus on getting the most of each rep (think quality over quantity). Finishing with some metabolic conditioning and a cool-down stretch. 
4. A recap/review workout: To build off of the things you’ve learned from your first session.
